- 1 Pan To Cook Meat
Ingredients
- 16 ounces 98% or 99% Lean Ground Turkey, Ground Chicken or Ground Beef (Totally can use higher fat count for personal preference)
- 8-10 ounces 2% Cottage Cheese (Totally can use lower or higher fat count for personal preference)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- Cook meat thoroughly.
- Blend cottage cheese in blender or food processor.
- Mix into bowl blended cottage cheese and taco seasoning. Then fold in meat, David.
- Take your mixture and put into 4 glass containers.
- Top each glass dish with 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
