(Totally can use higher fat count for personal preference)

Instructions
Cook meat thoroughly.
Blend cottage cheese in blender or food processor.
Mix into bowl blended cottage cheese and taco seasoning. Then fold in meat, David.
Take your mixture and put into 4 glass containers.
Top each glass dish with 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
Microwave for 60-90 seconds debating on how hot you like your protein queso dip.
Fridge the rest. I eat mine within 2 days.
