  • 1 Pan To Cook Meat

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces 98% or 99% Lean Ground Turkey, Ground Chicken or Ground Beef (Totally can use higher fat count for personal preference)
  • 8-10 ounces 2% Cottage Cheese (Totally can use lower or higher fat count for personal preference)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Cook meat thoroughly.
  • Blend cottage cheese in blender or food processor.
  • Mix into bowl blended cottage cheese and taco seasoning. Then fold in meat, David.
  • Take your mixture and put into 4 glass containers.
  • Top each glass dish with 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
  • Microwave for 60-90 seconds debating on how hot you like your protein queso dip.
  • Fridge the rest. I eat mine within 2 days.
