While we haven’t received a separate update from the Fridays team specifically for creators, we feel it is our responsibility to pass along the facts as we have them so you can stay protected.
The Facts of the Incident
- What Happened: Between January 7 and January 8, 2026, an unauthorized party gained access to certain systems at OpenLoop Health.
- The Scope: The incident involved personal information such as names, addresses, dates of birth, and some information provided during the initial medical intake process.
- What was NOT involved: According to OpenLoop’s official disclosure, the breach did not involve Social Security numbers, financial account details, or full electronic health records.
Next Steps for You
OpenLoop is handling the notification process via physical mail. If your data was involved, you should look for an envelope from OpenLoop Health, Inc.
1. Review Your Letter: The notice will detail exactly what information was involved in your specific case.
2. Activate Identity Monitoring: The letter includes a unique code for 12 months of free identity and credit monitoring through IDX. We strongly encourage you to activate this service as a proactive measure.
3. Monitor Your Accounts: As a general best practice, keep an eye on your bank statements and health insurance “Explanation of Benefits” (EOB) for any activity you don’t recognize.
