I love quick, healthy, simple recipe with my busy schedule for a healthy Mounjaro snack & healthy Valentine treats. With 16+ grams of protein that is easy, high protein snack will feed you or your family with low effort.

This protein snack is so simple with the great flavor!

The best part is you can make in advance for one person, multiple people or multiple Valentine’s Day desserts. This nutritious, creamy texture  has so much protein that you can make with ingredients for whatever your preference is.

The delicious protein snack and dessert have been perfect for my Mounjaro -79lb (so far!) weight loss journey.

Healthy Valentine’s Day Treats

The greek yogurt protein desserts can be made a few different ways than my recipe below. You could also add if you wished:

  • Fresh fruit – my favorites are fresh strawberries, raspberry and pomegranate seeds because of the red color! You could do pink fruits like grapefruit or dragon fruit.
  • Freeze-dried strawberries
  • Whip cream cheese in
  • Sprinkle melted chocolate on top
  • Mandarin oranges
  • Chia Seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Plain yogurt (not greek)
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Whey protein, chocolate protein powder, plant-based protein powder or your favorite good protein powder
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Homemade Granola
  • Add vanilla extract to make vanilla yogurt
  • Substitute plain greek yogurt with vanilla greek yogurt
  • Banana Slices
  • Cocoa nibs, dark chocolate chips or Cocoa powder to make a chocolate protein yogurt bowl
  • Raw nuts
  • Peanut Butter Powder
  • Real Maple Syrup
  • Brown Sugar
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Almond Butter or drizzle of nut butter
  • Your favorite fruits

Equipment

  • 1 Silicone mold (ideally heart shaped)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups 0% Greek Yogurt (Fage is my favorite)
  • 2 tbsp Biocare Dietary Beverage – Mixed Fruit Flavor
  • 1 cup Fresh Fruit or Frozen Fruit (Raspberries, Strawberries or Pomegranate Seeds)

Instructions
 

  • Create mixture of Biocare Mixed Fruit Dietary Beverage into Greek Yogurt.
  • Divide out a bottom layer of fruit and top layer of fruit for each silicone mold section. Put bottom layer of fruit down.
  • Then, divide up greek yogurt and Biocare Mixed Fruit Dietary Beverage mixture in each silicone mold section.
  • Finally, add top layer of fruit to go on top. Squish fruit lightly into yogurt mixture so fruit will be frozen into mixture.
  • Put into freezer for at least 4 hours to freeze.
  • Take out of freezer when ready to eat! Will be very firm when removed from freezer so may need a few minutes to melt prior to eating.

High Protein Yogurt Bowl

The high protein breakfast can be made with different flavors or however you like the perfect way. My favorite way is with fresh berries, fresh fruit or pomegranates so I can get some high fiber in.

I can also easily portion out my greek yogurt once I get back from the grocery store and put into airtight container. It’s one less step for my greek yogurt breakfast bowls and the best thing if you are short on time.
