Equipment

  • 1 Silicone mold (ideally heart shaped)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups 0% Greek Yogurt (Fage is my favorite)
  • 2 tbsp Biocare Dietary Beverage - Mixed Fruit Flavor
  • 1 cup Fresh Fruit or Frozen Fruit (Raspberries, Strawberries or Pomegranate Seeds)

Instructions
 

  • Create mixture of Biocare Mixed Fruit Dietary Beverage into Greek Yogurt.
  • Divide out a bottom layer of fruit and top layer of fruit for each silicone mold section. Put bottom layer of fruit down.
  • Then, divide up greek yogurt and Biocare Mixed Fruit Dietary Beverage mixture in each silicone mold section.
  • Finally, add top layer of fruit to go on top. Squish fruit lightly into yogurt mixture so fruit will be frozen into mixture.
  • Put into freezer for at least 4 hours to freeze.
  • Take out of freezer when ready to eat! Will be very firm when removed from freezer so may need a few minutes to melt prior to eating.
