How To Cook Cottage Cheese Flatbread

The best part is you can make this to so many different ways for different people eating the meal. Someone wants less herbs, great! Someone wants a spice, great! Just add your favorite fresh basil and spices (or not)!

How To Make Cottage Cheese Flatbread
Two main ingredients for the quick flatbread: 2 eggs and 2 cups of cottage cheese for the flat bread.
This easy recipe you can add extra flavor & tasty flavor by adding:
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Onion Powder
- Fresh herbs
- Black Pepper
- Extra seasonings
You can make your sandwich wrap thicker or thinner by how big your oven sheet is. To make a thin layer, just use bigger oven sheet.
To store for best results: Eat right away. 😉 Or, put in plastic bag into the fridge for your next sandwich for longer storage. It’s a great bread alternative.
Cottage Cheese: You can use full-fat cottage cheese, 2%, 1% or skim.
When cooked: Has a nice golden brown color on the cottage cheese mixture for the chewy thin bread.

Cottage Cheese Flatbread
Equipment
- Parchment Paper
- Oven
- Blender
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- (optional) herbs and/or salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray parchment paper with Pam or avocado spray.
- Mix in blender cottage cheese and egg.
- Pour over parchment paper on cooking sheet and add optional herbs/seasoning.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- If the bottom of the cottage cheese flatbread is not thoroughly cooked, flip bread and cook for 10 more minutes. It is delicate though.

Cottage Cheese Pizza
You can easily turn this low carb recipe into a cottage cheese pizza.
After cooking the viral cottage cheese flatbread, simply add tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese onto the pizza crust/pizza base. Pop back into heated oven for another 14 minutes. You can add parmesan cheese if you wish, pepperoni or other pizza favorite toppings.
