- 2 eggs
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- (optional) herbs and/or salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray parchment paper with Pam or avocado spray.
Mix in blender cottage cheese and egg.
Pour over parchment paper on cooking sheet and add optional herbs/seasoning.
Bake for 45 minutes.
If the bottom of the cottage cheese flatbread is not thoroughly cooked, flip bread and cook for 10 more minutes. It is delicate though.
