Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • (optional) herbs and/or salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray parchment paper with Pam or avocado spray.
  • Mix in blender cottage cheese and egg.
  • Pour over parchment paper on cooking sheet and add optional herbs/seasoning.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • If the bottom of the cottage cheese flatbread is not thoroughly cooked, flip bread and cook for 10 more minutes. It is delicate though.
