Open both large Ziploc bags as you will be making two, separate freezer bags. Simply divide ingredients into two.
Add 1.5 lbs of chicken to one bag and 1.5 lbs of chicken to the other Ziploc bag.
Add two teaspoons of Greek seasoning or Italian seasoning to each bag.
Add two minced Garlics to each bag.
Divide 1/3 cup of lemon juice into two bags (1/6 cup in each bag).
Add 1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard, 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt and 1/4 cup of olive oil to each bag.
Massage ingredients together into each ziploc bag.
Lay the Ziploc bag flat so you can stack easily into freezer.
Label bag with sharpie with LEMON CHICKEN and today's date. Put used by date 3 months out from today's date.
Put into freezer.
Once you are ready to cook, the night before take out of freezer and thaw in fridge.
Take out of the fridge morning of and put into slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high 5-6 hours.
Shred chicken when ready to eat. Perfect to put onto of vegetables like broccoli or green beans. You could also plate onto of cooked rice.
