Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos
Simple, easy quick slow cooker chicken tacos for dinner or lunch!

- 2 lbs Organic Chicken Thighs (Doesn't have to be organic & can also be chicken breast)
- 2 jars Salsa (Total 32 ounces)
- 3 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Spinach (Optional)
- 1 package Siete Taco Shells (optional)
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream (Optional)
- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese (Optional)
Cut up chicken thighs or chicken breasts into small pieces.
Add to slow cooker two jars of salsa (totaling 32 ounces), chicken and taco seasoning.
Heat slow cooker on high for 4.5 hours.
With the last 10 minutes left, stir in spinach for optional and extra nutrients.
Add meat ontop of salad to make a taco salad. OR, add meat to taco shell adding additional cheese and sour cream (optional).
