Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line muffin tin with cupcake/muffin paper liners.
Mix Biocare Protein Dietary Beverage (dry packet), protein cake mix/pancake mix, egg, vanilla extract and unsweetened almond milk together.
Smash the banana and mix in room temperature butter.
Add banana and butter to mixture. Mix together.
Add batter to 12 muffin liners.
Bake for 16-18 degrees.
Can stay in airtight container in fridge for two days or freeze for 3 months.
