Equipment

  • Muffin Baking Tin
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Fork to mash banana
  • 12 Cupcake/Muffin Liners

Ingredients
  

  • 1 dry packet Biocare Protein Dietary Beverage
  • 1.75 cup Protein Cake Mix/Pancake Mix (Kodiak Protein is what I used)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line muffin tin with cupcake/muffin paper liners.
  • Mix Biocare Protein Dietary Beverage (dry packet), protein cake mix/pancake mix, egg, vanilla extract and unsweetened almond milk together.
  • Smash the banana and mix in room temperature butter.
  • Add banana and butter to mixture. Mix together.
  • Add batter to 12 muffin liners.
  • Bake for 16-18 degrees.
  • Can stay in airtight container in fridge for two days or freeze for 3 months.
