Ingredients
  

  • 2 scoops Favorite Protein Powder (I LOVE BIOptimizers Chocolate Protein Breakthrough)
  • 1 scoop BIOptimizers Mushroom Breakthrough (Caramel, Chai or Chocolate. Caramel is my favorite.)
  • 2 scoops BIOptimizers MicroBiome Breakthrough
  • 1/2 cup Water, your favorite nut milk, or natural milk. (I used Fat Free Fairlife milk for higher protein)

Instructions
 

  • Pour all ingredients in and mix together.
  • I let sit in my fridge for 20 minutes to chill.
    (Optional) Add whipped topping on top.
