You can use whatever type of frozen broccoli you prefer – organic or not organic. The good news is this recipe tastes just as good as fresh produce for nutritious foods,
I like to keep simple ingredients for the healthy bake frozen broccoli in oven. Prep time is only 5 minutes.

Feel free to add other spices and herbs for your favorite flavors for the five star rating recipe to this easy side dish.
Extra Crispiness: Make sure you have space in between the broccoli for ultimate crispiness for broccoli results. If the broccoli is too close together, it will be more mushy because it’s steaming. The extra space on your sheet pan will make the broccoli more crispy.
Best Way To Get Perfect Flavor: When you are buying frozen broccoli florets at the grocery store, it will take less time to cook and make your broccoli roast taste better getting smaller broccoli pieces. Game Changer!
Large florets take longer to cook and are mushy…NO MUSHY BROCCOLI HERE

Notes

Nutrition
Ovens Vary: If your broccoli is not crispy enough, simply bake in the oven for another 10-15 minutes since ovens vary.
For best results, you can broil for a minute right before taking out for extra crisp. Be mindful of burning your parchment paper like I did.
(Print out the recipe card so you can use over and over!)

Making Extra: Simply double or triple the recipe. Just make sure you have space in between the broccoli for ultimate crispiness.
If you want to zsa-zsa up the recipe if you have a few more minutes to make, add additional ingredients:
- Sprinkle of parmesan cheese
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- More sea salt
- Nutritional yeast sprinkled on top
- Use avocado oil instead of olive oil
- Grinds of pepper
- Italian seasoning
- Black Pepper
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Olive Oil spray instead of a drizzle
BUSY SCHEDULE: Sometimes I get too rushed and this recipe is still delicious for weeknight meals!
Can stay in the fridge for up to three days.
