Equipment

  • 1 Parchment Paper Sheet
  • 1 Sheet Pan
  • 1 Oven

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 16 ounces frozen organic broccoli (2 cups)
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Maldon's salt or pink salt (For flavoring, but regular salt is fine)
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Put parchment paper sheet on sheet pan.
  • Put two cups (16 ounces) of frozen broccoli onto baking sheet.
  • If you have time, flip the flat/cut side of the frozen broccoli to lay flat on the parchment paper. This will help to make the broccoli crispier.
  • Drizzle olive oil on top of the frozen broccoli.
  • Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to your liking onto of the frozen broccoli.
  • Put into heated oven.
  • Cook for 20 minutes.
  • Take broccoli out of oven and flip broccoli to the other side.
  • Cook for another set and second 20 minutes.
  • Take broccoli out of oven and flip broccoli.
  • Cook for a third 20 minutes. (Total 60 minutes)
  • Scoop 1 cup for one serving. And save second cup of crispy broccoli for tomorrow's lunch or dinner. Or use second cup for someone else or yourself!
