Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Put parchment paper sheet on sheet pan.
Put two cups (16 ounces) of frozen broccoli onto baking sheet.
If you have time, flip the flat/cut side of the frozen broccoli to lay flat on the parchment paper. This will help to make the broccoli crispier.
Drizzle olive oil on top of the frozen broccoli.
Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to your liking onto of the frozen broccoli.
Put into heated oven.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Take broccoli out of oven and flip broccoli to the other side.
Cook for another set and second 20 minutes.
Take broccoli out of oven and flip broccoli.
Cook for a third 20 minutes. (Total 60 minutes)
Scoop 1 cup for one serving. And save second cup of crispy broccoli for tomorrow's lunch or dinner. Or use second cup for someone else or yourself!
