Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Open garbanzo beans can and rinse thoroughly.

  • Dry chickpeas on a paper towel.

  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Put chickpeas spread apart on the parchment paper.

  • Drizzle olive oil across chickpeas

  • Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.

  • Mix together so chickpeas are well coated.

  • Make sure chickpeas are then spread apart so they are not all touching. Add to oven.

  • Cook for 20-30 minutes. Set timer at 19 minutes to check on to ensure you don't burn.
  • Cool for 15 minutes. Then add to salad, snack bags, soups and side dishes!
