Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Open garbanzo beans can and rinse thoroughly.
Dry chickpeas on a paper towel.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put chickpeas spread apart on the parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil across chickpeas
Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Mix together so chickpeas are well coated.
Make sure chickpeas are then spread apart so they are not all touching. Add to oven.
Cook for 20-30 minutes. Set timer at 19 minutes to check on to ensure you don't burn.
Cool for 15 minutes. Then add to salad, snack bags, soups and side dishes!
Keep in airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
