Ingredients

Protein Waffle Mix
(I used Kodiak)

Breakfast Chicken Sausage
(I'm loving Amylu currently)

Egg
3/4
cup
Water
1/4
teaspoon
Cinnamon
1/2
tbsp
Vanilla Extract
Cooking Nonstick Spray
(I'm using Pam currently)
Instructions
Heat up waffle maker.
Mix all ingredients together to make protein waffle mixer, except Breakfast Chicken Sausage.
Chop Breakfast Chicken Sausage into bite-sized pieces.
Spray nonstick cooking spray onto hot waffle maker.
Scoop 1 spoonful of protein waffle mixer onto hot griddle.
Add 1/6 of your chopped up Breakfast Chicken Sausages to put on top of waffle mixer.
Add another spoonful of the protein waffle mixer on top. Close waffle maker.
Cooker for 5-6 minutes or until crispy.
Makes 6 protein waffles. Stays fresh for 2 days in airtight container. Freeze leftovers for quick breakfast or snack.
