Equipment

  • Sushi making kit
  • Rice Cooker (or pot on stove)

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 large Nori (Seaweed Wrap)
  • 4 ounces jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 tbsp julienne sliced carrots
  • 1 tbsp julienne sliced cucumber
  • soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice.
  • Cut Nori (Seaweed Wrap) in half. You can save the other half for another roll.
  • Add your rice, crab, carrots and cucumber to your sushi maker.
  • Put your bamboo mat down.
  • Put nori onto bamboo mat.
  • Push out sushi roll from sushi maker.
  • Roll together with bamboo mat.
  • Cut into slices using sushi maker.
  • Dip into soy sauce. Add wasabi and/or pickled ginger as you wish.
