jumbo lump crab meat

rice

julienne sliced carrots

tbsp
julienne sliced cucumber
soy sauce
Instructions
Cook rice.
Cut Nori (Seaweed Wrap) in half. You can save the other half for another roll.
Add your rice, crab, carrots and cucumber to your sushi maker.
Put your bamboo mat down.
Put nori onto bamboo mat.
Push out sushi roll from sushi maker.
Roll together with bamboo mat.
Cut into slices using sushi maker.
Dip into soy sauce. Add wasabi and/or pickled ginger as you wish.
