Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse fresh tomatoes thoroughly and dry.
Drizzle olive oil on bottom of baking dish.
Add soft goat cheese. Add tomatoes around the goat cheese. Add garlic powder and salt.
Bake for 40 minutes for 40 degrees.
Take out of oven and gently smash tomatoes. Mix together goat cheese melt and crushed tomatoes.
FOR EXTRA PROTEIN BOOST: Add 6 ounces of slices turkey to mixtures.
I top the warm goat cheese tomato mixture with roasted broccoli. You could use a dip for baguettes or top on pasta, too.
