Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounce Log Of Goat Cheese
  • 16 ounces Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 6 ounce (OPTIONAL) Turkey to boast protein

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Rinse fresh tomatoes thoroughly and dry.
  • Drizzle olive oil on bottom of baking dish.
  • Add soft goat cheese. Add tomatoes around the goat cheese. Add garlic powder and salt.
  • Bake for 40 minutes for 40 degrees.
  • Take out of oven and gently smash tomatoes. Mix together goat cheese melt and crushed tomatoes.
  • FOR EXTRA PROTEIN BOOST: Add 6 ounces of slices turkey to mixtures.
  • I top the warm goat cheese tomato mixture with roasted broccoli. You could use a dip for baguettes or top on pasta, too.
