Each time I went to Mounjaro higher doses, I did experience Mounjaro’s side effects. And I had different side effects at different doses. Just because I had one, didn’t mean I would not have others.

My Personal Mounjaro Muscle Aches

Each time I take a dose of Tirzepatide, I experience fatigue and general achiness. On days when I was titrating up to a higher dose the symptoms were more pronounced. On shot days, I knew body aches and tiredness were coming for me. The body aches feel like I have the mild flu or my muscles are just sore. Following the injection, and particularly when titrating up, I planned the next 24 hours knowing I need to plan some extra rest, hydration, and to avoid strenuous exercise and activities.

While body aches are not listed as one of the common side effects of Mounjaro, they are symptoms I have experienced while on tirzepatide. Body aches can occur indirectly, due to several factors:
