About the Encouragement Group

Why did you create this group?

We have encountered multiple issues with social media companies suspending or threatening to suspend our GLP-1 groups. We want a place our community can rely on to have honest conversations. We also want to ensure our collective time invested is not at the whim of an AI algorithm change.

Many have mentioned they would like to participate in an online group, but don’t have/want a Facebook account. We hear you! The platform we have chosen (circle.so) will allow you to create a login separate from Facebook.

Will I have to create another account with username and password?

Yes. You will have to create another login – sorry 😟. However, if you have a Google, Facebook or Twitter account you can link it to make signing in easier.

How will I check in with the group after I sign up?

Our suggestion is to download the Circle.so app on your phone. You can add it to your home screen with your other social media apps. Then whenever you feel like stopping by you can tap the app and share your thoughts, cheer on others, or just find inspiration from others on their GLP-1 journey. You can also login with any browser at any time.

Are posts moderated?

Yes. If we find you are not following the community guidelines, we will promptly remove your posts and your account from the group to ensure the community remains a kind and courteous place for members. Members can help by flagging inappropriate content for review.
